The Design Process

We work in collaboration with our Clients throughout the Design Journey, from initial concepts through to completion and beyond.  We only ever work on a select number of projects at any one time to ensure we deliver a very personal and bespoke service to the highest possible standards.

Phase I: Concept Creation:

Every single design journey begins by spending time with our clients to get to know their personalities, their passions, family dynamics, routines, what makes them relax and what gives them energy, and ultimately what aspirations they have for their home. With a deeper understanding of each individual personality, combined with a consideration for the architecture and the geographical surroundings of the property these ingredients all come together to establish a creative direction.

Room by room design concepts are explored through the combination of mood boards, material schemes, hand drawn furniture layouts, and to help bring it all to life, perspective drawings. Phase I concludes with an in-depth face to face presentation of our proposed vision.

Phase II: The Detailed Design:

Once the creative direction is set in stone, we move into Phase II. It really is all in the details as to how we bring our vision to life. No stone will be left unturned as we provide you with room-by-room specifications, ensuring every selected piece sits perfectly and in harmony within its space. Will your curtains hang 2 inches onto the floor to create a more sumptuous and luxurious look, or will they hang flush to create crisp smooth lines? Will you have bespoke hand stitched leather joinery handles?

Our proposals will detail it all….including bespoke joinery or furniture drawings, tailored furniture and product recommendations, samples allowing you to feel first-hand the high quality that you will be able to enjoy. This all comes together with an itemised estimate to allow you to easily select the goods you would like procured on your behalf.

Phase III: Making it Happen:

Once the decisions have been made it is time to sit back and relax, as you leave us to manage the process from the ordering of goods all the way through to the big reveal.

We will make on-going site visits to check on progress and provide artistic direction. We will liaise with our numerous trusted trades and suppliers as we co-ordinate the production and delivery of our vision.

We will take delivery of all goods, quality control and then store in our secure units until site is ready. On installation day, we will arrive on site ready to receive, unpack and lovingly place everything, dressing each room to ensure every detail is perfect before we open the doors and welcome you back into your new home.
